Your Role

Reporting to the Head of Global Partner Network, this role ensures that our Global Partners Network is fully covered in legal, compliance, and insurance aspects. It also supports smooth financial operations between Partners and CEVA Stations.

1. Prepare agreements, addendums, and terminations for Network Partners, ensuring updates in legal, compliance, accounting, operational responsibilities, profit sharing, air and ocean responsibilities.
2. Update partner information in contact lists, emergency contacts, station profiles, and the worldwide directory.
3. Maintain Partner Portal, SharePoint, and other information platforms.
4. Communicate with agents regarding instructions, sanctions, and updates.
5. Monitor and upload weekly FMC audits into relevant SharePoint sites and approve Network IDs.

Finance Support

• Provide copies of invoices to global partners upon request.
• Assist with data cleaning, reconciliation, and maintenance of master data in OFS and Cargo Wise.
• Review pending invoices with Infosys and CEVA countries, and follow up as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What Are We Looking For?

• College, professional, or university degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with supplier or third-party contracts.
• Experience with DocuSign and data analysis.
• Understanding of organizational processes, influencing, problem-solving at strategic and functional levels.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Experience in contract management and financial systems (receivables, payables, accounting).
