Servier in Île-de-France is seeking a Global MSL Excellence Lead to shape the future of our Field Medical community and drive scientific engagement worldwide. You will lead capability-building, develop training programs, and ensure high-quality Field Medical activities across affiliates in a complex matrix environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Medical Affairs, a strong track record in global or regional roles, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent Life Sciences qualification).
• Minimum 5 years of Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience as an MSL Manager or in Field Medical Excellence role is strongly preferred.

• Support global adoption of MSL/Field Medical Excellence initiatives across affiliates.
• Embed Field Medical methodology into medical planning and execution.

• Promote compliant, non-promotional and high-quality Field Medical activities.

• Support global MSL/Field Medical excellence standards, capabilities and ways of working

Your Profile :

• Education:Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent Life Sciences qualification)
• Experience:Minimum 5 years of Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Previous experience as anMSL Manageror in aField Medical Excellencerole is strongly preferred.

Hard Skills:

• Strong expertise in MSL and Field Medical excellence, scientific engagement, insight generation, and medical impact measurement
• Experience designing and deploying capability-building, onboarding, and training programs
• Proven track record in global or regional matrix organizations
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
• Languages:Proficiency in English is amust; additional languages are a plus
