Servier, groupe pharmaceutique international, recherche un Global MSL Excellence Lead pour diriger l'excellence des équipes MSL au niveau mondial. Vous impulserez l'excellence, développerez les capacités et assurerez un engagement scientifique à l’échelle mondiale.

Le rôle nécessite une expérience MSL/Medical Affairs, une capacité à diriger sans autorité directe et une maîtrise de l'anglais; des langues additionnelles sont un plus. Poste en CDI, possibilité de travail hybride selon les missions.

Qualifications

• Docteur en pharmacie, PhD, MD ou diplôme équivalent en sciences de la vie.
• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience Medical Affairs dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique.
• Expérience en tant que MSL Manager ou dans un rôle Field Medical Excellence est fortement souhaitée.

Responsabilités

• Soutenir les standards et les capacités de MSL/Field Medical à l'échelle mondiale.
• Animer la Communauté Field Medical des affiliés.
• Favoriser l'adoption globale des initiatives MSL/Field Medical Excellence.
• Intégrer la méthodologie Field Medical dans la planification et l'exécution médicales.
• Renforcer la formation et le développement des capacités Field Medical.
• APPORTER des insights, métriques et mesurer l'impact Field Medical.
• Promouvoir des activités Field Medical conformes, non promotionnelles et de qualité.
• Diriger et contribuer à des projets interfonctionnels et à l'amélioration continue.

Global MSL Excellence Lead

About The Role

Join us at a pivotal moment as we continue to strengthen and harmonize our global Field Medical capabilities. As Global MSL Excellence Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the global MSL community at Servier by driving excellence, capability building, and impactful scientific engagement worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support global MSL/Field Medical excellence standards, capabilities and ways of working
• Animate affiliate Field Medical Community
• Support global adoption of MSL/Field Medical Excellence initiatives across affiliates
• Embed Field Medical methodology into medical planning and execution
• Strengthen MSL/Field Medical training, onboarding and capability development
• Support field insights, metrics, analytics and field medical impact measurement
• Promote compliant, non-promotional and high-quality Field Medical activities
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile :

• Education: Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent Life Sciences qualification)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Previous experience as an MSL Manager or in a Field Medical Excellence role is strongly preferred.

Hard Skills:

• Strong expertise in MSL and Field Medical excellence, scientific engagement, insight generation, and medical impact measurement
• Experience designing and deploying capability-building, onboarding, and training programs
• Proven track record in global or regional matrix organizations
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
• Languages: Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus

Soft Skills:

• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong communication, facilitation, and change management capabilities
• Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach
• High level of integrity, scientific rigor, and commitment to compliance
