Edenred recherche un stagiaire dans l'équipe Benefits & Engagement Merchants, basé au siège. Vous contribuerez à l'analyse stratégique et à l'amélioration des services destinés aux marchands, en lien avec les objectifs globaux de la ligne B&E.

Ce stage offre une exposition internationale, un environnement multilingue et des opportunités de développement professionnel au sein d'un leader mondial. Début prévu en 2027 pour 6 mois, à Issy-les-Moulineaux.

Qualifications

• Master from a top business or engineering school.
• First internship in consulting or ecommerce/payments is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Support Merchants strategy with analyses and benchmarking.
• Prepare and present insights and reporting to the Merchants team.
• Manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and targets.
• Use data and digital platforms, including AI, to support recommendations.

It is Edenred's largest business line, representing around 65% of Group revenue, and combines meal vouchers, gift cards, and employee engagement platforms.. Today, Edenred is the global market leader in Benefits & Engagement, offering over 100 programs across more than 30 countries. The B&E Merchants team is based in our global headquarters and supports all Edenred Business Units to become a trusted marketing & Service Platform for Merchants. It aims to drive sustainable revenues for Edenred from both our Core acceptance activity and from new Merchants services. We are organized around 3 key battles : Protect our core Merchants revenues, Build our key revenue streams, and Transform our operating model and Organization, and are enabled by Marketing, Product, and Data/AI.. As a member of the global Merchants team, you will gain international exposure and recognition by supporting Business Units and partnering with key stakeholders. You will report to the Merchant Business Excellence manager within the Strategy, Growth and Transformation, who supports the Business Line on the following topics: Network Management, Account Management, Merchants Experience, People upskilling, and overall Strategy for Merchants. **KEY OBJECTIVES**The merchants’ strategy Intern mission is made of 2 core parts: * Strategy: support the Merchants team* Build and conduct analyses, such as benchmarking (internal and competitive), financial modelling, etc.* Prepare and participate in meetings to present insights and reporting to the Merchant team and its community at large* Manage projects in part or in whole to make sure they are on time and on target* Use data, tools, and digital platforms, including generative AI, to support recommendations and decision making* Merchants initiatives: assist Merchants team for key ongoing projects* People upskilling: participate in the deployment of our Sales Academy, including building new courses, operational drive through reporting and regular touchpoints with countries, tool evaluation, and coordination with local BUs* Account management excellence: help define and industrialize account planning standards and playbooks, to raise the bar of account management across B&E* Digital network management: map and identify affiliation/onboarding journey best practices (e.g., digital onboarding, e-signature, automated KYC), and scale proven approaches across BUs* Merchants experience: track Merchants Experience KPIs against targets, follow-up on diagnosis and corrective actions with BUs* Merchants governance: align Merchant teams on standards, policies, and operating rhythms; monitor performance, and share insig**hts** **REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE*** **Education & experience*** Master from a top business or engineering school, looking for a gap-year or a final-year internship* A first successful internship experience in consulting, e-commerce payment or similar fast-paced environment is a plus* Skills* Motivated team player* Analytical skills (database analyses, business plan modeling)* Familiar with the use of AI* Good business sense* Strong communication skills (oral, written)* Rigorous, organized and autonomous* Languages required* Fluent in French and English* Other languages a strong plus: Spanish, Portuguese**EXPECTED START DATE*** Full-time Internship contract (6 months, flexible)* Starting date: Janv 2027* Based at Edenred HQ, 14 Boulevard Garibaldi, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux
