Job summary

Edenred is seeking a Global Merchants Strategy & New Service Development intern in Issy-les-Moulineaux. You will gain international exposure while supporting the Merchants Strategy, Growth and Transformation Director and collaborating with Product, Marketing, IT, Operations and Finance teams.

You will build analyses, conduct market research, and help launch new merchant services to strengthen Edenred's merchant network and drive value for B&E business units.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university program
• Interest in merchants strategy and services
• Proactive with strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Strategy: build and conduct analyses (benchmarking, financial modelling) across countries
• Lead data requests to fill internal merchant database
• Prepare and present insights to the B&E Global Merchant team
• Manage projects to ensure on-time delivery
• Use data and digital tools, including generative AI, to support recommendations
• New service development: research merchant needs and opportunities
• Drive competitive watch across 29 BUs and summarize findings for leaders
• Ideate and launch new merchant services aligned with business goals
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, IT, Operations and Finance
• Track success by defining metrics for adoption, engagement and ROI
