Job summary

Edenred is seeking a Global Merchants strategy and new service development intern to join the Benefits & Engagement unit at Edenred HQ in Issy-les-Moulineaux. You will perform analyses, market research, and value-added service ideation to support merchant growth.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, IT, Operations and Finance, delivering actionable insights and piloting scalable solutions across multiple countries while building a strong merchant community.

Qualifications

• Master from a top business or engineering school.
• A first successful internship in consulting, e-commerce payment, or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchants team with analyses, benchmarking, and data-driven insights.
• Lead end-to-end ideation and deployment of value-added merchant services.
• Animate the merchant community across 30+ countries and share best practices.
