Sector Global Limited is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the Global Meetings team, delivering business networking and meeting programmes at major international events. You will build relationships with exhibitors, buyers and participants, and provide a high standard of concierge service across multiple countries and time zones.

The role focuses on engaging with participants, coordinating one-to-one meetings, and supporting project delivery from preparation through to completion.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain relationships with exhibitors, buyers and event participants.
• Engage with businesses to encourage participation in networking and business meeting programmes.
• Provide a professional personalised concierge service for participants.
• Support coordination and scheduling of one-to-one business meetings.
• Respond to enquiries with timely and accurate information.
• Assist with on-site event delivery when required.
• Collaborate with international project team across countries and time zones.
• Maintain accurate participant records and contribute to project reporting.
