VSI is seeking a Global Client Operations Project Manager in Paris to oversee multilingual localization projects from brief to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction. You will coordinate dubbing, subtitling and voice-over workflows, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on track.

Fluent French and English are essential, with strong organization, problem-solving and team collaboration in a fast-paced, globally connected

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience in localisation/media
• Understanding of dubbing and/or subtitling workflows
• Full professional proficiency in French (CEFR C1+) with strong written and verbal skills
• Professional working proficiency in English for international communication
• Strong collaboration and coordination across production services
• Excellent time-management and prioritisation under tight deadlines

Responsabilités

• Manage the full project lifecycle from brief to post-project review
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and required quality standards
• Monitor budgets, invoices, change orders and profitability
• Provide operational support during quotation stage
• Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare project reports for management and client teams
• Lead meetings with clients for complex projects
• Identify opportunities to improve projects and processes
