Localizationacademy in Île-de-France is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead localization projects from brief to invoicing, ensuring on-time delivery and profitability. You will coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and production teams while maintaining strong client communication and quality standards.

The role requires deep understanding of dubbing workflows, ability to manage budgets, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French at CEFR C2 level with strong grammar and cultural nuance.
• Experience in a project management role in localisation or media.
• Understanding of dubbing workflows.
• Excellent teamwork with internal stakeholders to coordinate multi-media needs.
• Clear verbal and written communication with clients, suppliers and teams.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with a calm, customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Time management and prioritisation of tasks.
• Flexible to last-minute changes and solutions.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
• OOONA or similar tools experience advantageous.
• Experience with subtitling specs and tools advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Managing full project cycles from brief receipt to sign-off for invoicing.
• Overseeing workflows to ensure timely completion within budget and quality.
• Close financial monitoring through budgets, invoicing, and change orders.
• Providing operational support to Sales and Account Management at quoting stage.
• Advising clients on our services and cross-selling opportunities.
• Preparing project reports for the account manager or Head of Department.
• Organising production meetings or calls with clients and maintaining communication.
• Addressing client or supplier issues and escalating when needed.
• Identifying opportunities to improve projects, accounts and processes.
• Understanding each client's requirements and offering advice.
• Processing supplier and client invoices accurately.
• Using internal tools to ensure data accuracy and project lifecycle management.
• Performing ad hoc admin tasks.
