YOUR MISSION : COORDINATE GLOBAL MARKETING STRATEGY

Reporting to the marketing department , your responsibilities will include :

  • Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy to enhance visibility and attract inbound leads
  • Creating and executing a content and social media strategy to boost brand awareness
  • Optimizing the website for the US and Canadian markets through SEO and keyword analysis
  • Managing Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns
  • Analyzing website traffic and implementing continuous improvement strategies
  • Leading email marketing campaigns and collaborating on webinar organization
  • Producing audiovisual content (videos, newsletters, blog articles, white papers) in collaboration with Product Managers
  • Managing the creation and adaptation of marketing collateral (product sheets, posters, flyers, presentations) for North America
  • Planning and overseeing trade show participation in the US, including logistics, marketing materials, and event execution
  • Monitoring marketing KPIs, analyzing performance , and recommending optimization strategies
  • Conducting competitive intelligence to stay ahead of market trends
  • Collaborating with creative, digital, and external agencies to ensure quality execution of projects
  • Adapting campaigns to local market needs while ensuring alignment with global branding guidelines

YOUR PROFILE : EXPERIENCED MARKETING COORDINATOR

Must have :

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or Communication
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting
  • Fluent English (French is a plus)
  • Proficiency in WordPress and SEO strategies
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social media tools)
  • Graphic design skills ( Adobe Creative Suite, Canva )
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to track performance metrics
  • Experience in event management (trade shows, conferences, webinars)

Nice to have :

  • Proficiency in video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRM tools
  • Fluency in a second language (Spanish, German, Mandarin, etc.)
