A global animal health company is seeking a Global Marketing Manager Ruminants to develop marketing strategies and lead international product launches. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years in global marketing, preferably in animal health, and strong analytical skills. This role is based at the Virbac headquarters in Carros, France, offering a chance to impact animal health solutions globally.

Within our Global Marketing & Market Development Department (GM&MD), based in Virbac headquarters in Carros (06) we are looking for our Global Marketing Manager Ruminants (F/M).
Belonging to the Global Marketing Department under the responsibility of the Global FA Market Director
Within the worldwide strategies defined in Farm Animals, the Global Strategic Marketing Manager is in charge of ruminant ranges: Antibiotics, alternative for antibiotics, Intramammary, Reproduction.
The key mission of this position is to support main new products as well as for the key ones from existing ranges in order to contribute to the development of the sales of Farm Animals products in the key subsidiaries at group level. Innovation activities linked with Marketing, R&D and business development initiatives are also the scope of this position.
Develop and implement global marketing strategies to promote our ruminant product ranges and support business objectives.
Lead international product launches for ruminant scope, ensuring effective communication and coordination with regional teams and HQ departments in the preparation of launch activities.
Analyze market trends and customer needs specific to ruminant areas to guide product positioning and marketing plans.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, and Business development) to identify new opportunities in the ruminant sector by proposing innovative products and services, and participate in project reviews to ensure alignment with market needs and potential.
Create and manage global marketing campaigns that drive awareness and sales growth for ruminant products worldwide.
Monitor and report on the performance of global marketing activities on ranges you are in charge, using data to adjust strategies and ensure targets are met. Through finance acumen, to be able to discuss and propose efficiency improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, veterinary is preferred).
5 to 8 years of experience at least in global marketing, ideally within the animal health or agricultural industry, with a focus on ruminant products.
Proven track record in leading international product launches and managing multi-channel marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand market trends and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to work across global teams and functions.
Fluency in English is required ; additional languages are a plus.
Passion for animal health and a deep understanding of the ruminant sector and its market dynamics.
Mobile and ready to travel around the globe at least once per month
