Within our Global Marketing & Market Development Department (GM&MD), based in Virbac headquarters in Carros (06) we are looking for our :
Belonging to the Global Marketing and Medical Department under the responsibility of the Global Companion Animals Pharma and Bio Director.
Within the context of the global animal health market and the group strategy, our Global Marketing Manager for Pet Preventatives (Parasiticides and Vaccines) is responsible for the development and implementation of a global marketing strategy which focuses resources on maximizing profit contribution, optimizing market shares, net margin and commercial budgets for Pet Preventatives, in agreement with national marketing directors, while continuously providing market input and looking for new Business opportunities. In addition, our Global Marketing Manager is in charge of bringing new products ideas and projects to fuel the pipeline for both Parasiticides and Vaccines business.
Pet Parasiticides or Vaccines marketing background, Veterinary or agricultural engineer, with at least 5-10 years of marketing, sales or technical experience in the Veterinary industry. Customer experienced, at least some period in the field. You have also financial acumen (ROI, NPV, EBIT, ...) & sound decision maker.
People leadership (in particular communication & influence) is key to drive your activities and also build strong and warm relationships by encouraging dialogue.
You lead implementation by demonstrating a customer driven mindset and result orientation. Autonomous, independent, results oriented, showing courage & leading change. You know how to work in and with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English, another language would be a +
You have worked in a global team, or in different countries with local responsibilities.
High capacity of adaptability to different cultures.
Mobile and ready to travel around the globe at least once per month.
