Description du poste

We are an international seed company specializing in R&D, production, industrial processing, and commercial business across more than 40 species on five continents.

Missions :

The Global Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing the company’s global marketing strategy, with a focus on value creation. This executive role leads a multidisciplinary team including Crop Leaders, Communication & Marketing, Digital, and Product & Solution Development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitable growth across all species and markets. This position will be part of the executive committee of the seed division.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and implement the global marketing strategy to drive value creation, brand positioning, and profitable growth across all species and regions.
  2. Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of Crop Leaders (responsible for species profitability), as well as the marketing & communication and product development teams.
  3. Oversee the coordination of product knowledge and expertise across all teams, ensuring best practices and innovation sharing.
  4. Define and monitor KPIs for marketing, product launches, and value creation initiatives.
  5. Ensure effective collaboration with R&D, Production, Sales, and Supply Chain to align marketing and product strategies with business needs.
  6. Drive digital transformation and the adoption of new marketing technologies and tools.
  7. Oversee the development and execution of global communication and digital marketing campaigns.
  8. Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products and solutions, ensuring successful launches and market adoption (Licensing, brands, etc.).
  9. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
  10. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly, fed by market insights from local organizations.
  11. Represent the Marketing function at the Executive Committee (EXCO) and contribute to overall company strategy.
