The Global Marketing Assistant Role

Collaborate with the global marketing manager and other key stakeholders to implement the marketing strategy.

Understand the company brand, products, and customers.

Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.

Organize and interpret market research.

Analyze questionnaires and other forms of feedback.

Work closely with other members of the marketing and sales teams.

Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents.

Create marketing materials such as email templates and presentations.

Upload supporting documents to our regional distribution platforms.

Create reports related to ongoing projects.

Maintain an organized marketing assets database.

Provide administrative support to the marketing team

Work with various types of software, such as Canva, Beefree, Airtable, and Salesforce.

It would be fantastic if

You have effective written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in French. Other languages are a plus!

You have the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

You are competent in Google Suite: Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.

You have good organizational skills.

You are experienced in administration or as a sales and marketing assistant.
