• Experience collaborating with institutional investors, asset owners, and boards.

Mansioni

• Lead the operations division and execute the brand's global operational roadmap with CEO oversight.
• Oversee end-to-end pre-opening phases for assets (hotels and trains) coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Guard guest experience by enforcing LQA standards and guiding F&B, wellness, and onboard concepts.
• Own global profitability, CAPEX planning, and staffing in collaboration with finance.
• Lead recruitment of senior operational leaders (GM and Train Managers).
