Accor is seeking a Legal Operations professional to drive the digital backbone of its Corporate Legal and Compliance function in Issy-les-Moulineaux. You will deploy, configure and maintain CLM and AI tools, ensure adoption, and coordinate with IT, security and procurement teams across jurisdictions.

The role emphasizes international collaboration, tool governance, and continuous improvement of legal tech platforms while maintaining strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in legal operations, legal project management, IT project management, or similar role.

Responsabilités

• Be the digital backbone of the Legal Operations team; deploy and maintain tools Group-wide.
• Contribute to defining processes, policies and tool deployments.
• Lead deployment, configuration and administration of legal tech tools (Legora, Agiloft, knowledge bases).
• Coordinate tool selection, vendor assessments, and integration with IT and procurement.
• Monitor tool performance, manage user access, and coordinate upgrades with vendors/IT.
• Design change management programs and end-user training.
• Manage projects end-to-end with stakeholder alignment and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and IT security requirements.
