Danone France is offering an internship at our Paris 75009 headquarters, starting January 2026, focusing on designing learning solutions and growing the Danone Academy. You will be guided by Global Learning Managers and contribute to learning projects across the Group.

You will gain exposure to Learning & Development across functions, with up to two remote days per week and a monthly gross salary between €1,300 and €1,500.

Qualifications

• Available from January 2026 for 6 months.
• With 4–5 years of university, business or engineering school.
• Comfortable working in English in an international environment.
• Interest in Learning and Development topics.
• Proactive, autonomous, organized with good communication.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365; LMS experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design learning solutions at the group level (eLearning, classroom, virtual classes, blended programs).
• Manage the Danone Academy community of colleagues and learners worldwide.
• Provide ongoing support to regional contacts for global program tracking.
• Create communication approaches to promote learning programs.
• Support instructional design and project management for learning projects.
• Lead LMS output processes, tracking and evaluation reporting.
• Coordinate learning programs on-site or virtually.
• Explore data usage in the system to drive action plans.
