/!This is a 4-month fixed-term contract based in our HO in Marseille.
Within the Academy Shipping, you are the key point of contact for the business lines within the Group’s Shipping agency network. You support them in defining their current skill development needs and in anticipating future requirements in the context of business transformations. You propose tailored training solutions and, when necessary, design innovative individual and collective learning solutions for technical business skills in your scope, with the support of instructional designers. Depending on your expertise, you may also facilitate some of these learning initiatives. You also contribute to the creation of a Group-wide Sales culture by developing common learning paths across the various entities of the Group. You work in close collaboration with the Learning teams (Deployment, Factory, and Digital Learning) for the design and implementation of these solutions.
Act as the recognized entry point of the Academy Shipping for business functions within the network (Sales, Key Account Managers, Customer Service, etc.) for the domains under your responsibility.
Develop a network within business lines to identify, understand, and anticipate needs at all levels.
Listen, analyze, challenge, and structure the skill development needs of business lines in close collaboration with the HRBPs in your scope.
Draft specifications and launch calls for tender in partnership with Procurement, and select providers in line with the Group’s price/quality standards.
Contribute to project ownership and manage complex training projects, ensuring proper follow-up of design and production phases.
With the support of instructional designers or external providers if needed, propose, design, and deliver learning solutions that meet your clients’ needs.
Develop training content, including trainer’s guides, facilitator and participant materials.
Prepare all communication materials required to market the created solutions.
Identify, assess, train, and manage a network of internal (occasional in-house trainers) and external facilitators.
Evaluate the impact of implemented learning solutions and ensure their continuous improvement.
Ensure the availability of career/skill development paths for each job family within your scope.
Your business expertise and interpersonal skills are well recognized by your peers. You enjoy sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of skills and capabilities. You continuously expand your network and are comfortable managing complex situations at all levels and across a variety of topics. You are a team player and thrive in a project-based environment. The solutions you design are innovative, pragmatic, and client-focused. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, fluent in both written and spoken French and English, and able to facilitate training sessions in both languages.
