Sanofi is seeking a Senior Distinguished Scientist to lead the global Transgenic Model & Technology (TMT) function within Translational In Vivo Models (TIM). You will drive genome engineering innovations to accelerate drug discovery across therapeutic divisions.

As global head of Transgenic Biology, you will shape strategy, mentor teams, manage budgets, and build partnerships with CROs and academia, while championing AI and digital platforms for model design and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Post-doctoral or industry experience in mouse genetics and transgenic model development.
• Demonstrated track record of scientific leadership in pharma/biotech or academic settings.

Responsabilités

• Lead genome engineering and CRISPR-based strategies for in vivo model development across therapeutic areas.
• Identify and implement new genome engineering technologies and platforms.
• Champion AI and digital integration to enhance model design and data analysis.
• Serve as strategic advisor for in vivo and preclinical study design across programs.
