Ipsen is seeking a Global Medical Affairs Director for Rare Diseases to lead the global medical strategy for high-need assets, shaping clinical narratives and evidentiary programs across markets.

Reporting to the Medical Asset Lead, you will build partnerships with KOLs, patient groups, and academic centers; oversee medical education, publications, and lifecycle strategies with a patient-centric approach in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• MD/PhD/PharmD (or equivalent) required.
• Extensive experience in medical affairs within biopharmaceutical industry.
• Strong background in late-phase development and global medical planning.
• Experience with lifecycle management and thought leader engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and execution of the global medical strategy for rare disease assets.
• Oversee evidence generation, RWE plans, and medical communications across markets.
• Build and sustain relationships with global/local key opinion leaders and patient groups.
