Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership within rare disease programs and influence strategy.
• Plan and coordinate biostatistics deliverables with internal and CRO teams.
• Ensure accuracy, robustness, and regulatory alignment of analyses.
• Mentor and develop biostatistics talent and contribute to departmental strategy.
