Mars Global Services (MGS) Laboratories are seeking a Lab Operational Excellence Lead to harmonize global standards and drive continuous improvement across five regional laboratories. You will report to the Lab Operational Excellence Manager and partner with regional directors in the Americas and Europe/APAC to manage change and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in production/quality control lab or industrial operations.
• Experience managing regional/global projects in a multi-country matrix.
• Practical Lean Six Sigma experience (Green/Black Belt preferred).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with influence ability.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive Global Standardization & Continuous Improvement across 5 regional labs.
• Define, document, and deploy global standards and roadmaps.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma tool application to minimize variance.
