Job summary

Sunstice, a global software partner in SCP and RGM, invites engineers with a strong SCM background to join a fast-moving, international training and implementation program. You will work with customers on forecasting, distribution, and production planning, delivering end-to-end support from workshops to documentation.

Fluency in French and English is essential; a Master’s degree in Engineering or Business and first professional experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an Engineering or Business School with SCM focus.
• First professional experience, gap year or significant internship.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain concepts (demand management, supply planning, MPS, S&OP).
• Experience with APS or ERP implementation is an asset but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Model business processes with customers and project teams.
• Configure and parameterise solutions per business requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces between systems.
• Deliver training sessions to customer teams.
• Provide follow-up and support during and after implementation.
• Facilitate functional workshops and help stakeholders reach decisions.
• Write analysis reports and document recommendations and outcomes.
