CMA CGM in Courbevoie, France, seeks a Category Manager IT Services / P2I to define and lead the global procurement strategy for IT services, and to manage a team of four P2I buyers in an international setting.

You will drive the full procurement lifecycle, from requirements through contract execution, and lead complex negotiations with international suppliers to secure best terms and risk management. Fluent in English and French, you collaborate across IT, Finance, Legal and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with IT Services and strategic sourcing exposure.
• Experience leading procurement professionals in an international setting.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies with measurable results.
• Fluent in English and French within an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the global procurement strategy for IT Services / P2I.
• Lead end-to-end procurement lifecycle: requirements, sourcing, tenders, negotiations and contracting.
• Conduct strategic negotiations with international suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Structure and manage supplier relationships with performance reviews and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance using cost savings, service quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coach and develop a team of four P2I buyers and report to leadership.
• Prepare analyses and present results to senior management.
