Accor, a global hospitality leader, is seeking a Category Manager for IT T&M Professional Services in Issy-les-Moulineaux. You will drive the category strategy and partner with internal teams across the Group to optimize spend and deliver value.

You will own supplier management, negotiations, and budgeting, while promoting the Group's indirect procurement functions and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in indirect procurement with an international background.
• Proven track record as a category manager.
• Experience in negotiation and contract management.
• Awareness of distribution, B2B or B2C, e-commerce.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver IT T&M Professional Services category strategy.
• Lead supplier selection processes (RFI/RFQ) and negotiate terms.
• Manage T&M Professional Services contracts and spend reporting.
• Ensure governance, budgeting, and cost optimization across the category.
• Promote indirect procurement and engage stakeholders across the Group.
