Ipsen is seeking an IT - Business Operations Expert to lead the operations, governance and continuous improvement of the digital solutions supporting its Commercial, Marketing, GPPS and Ethics functions globally.

You will report to the Business Operations Director within Global Digital & IT Operations, partnering with business teams, IT stakeholders and external providers to ensure reliable, efficient services that align with business priorities and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in IT application management, service delivery or business operations within a complex and regulated environment.
• Proven ability to manage SaaS solutions, application services, vendors and outsourced service providers.

Responsabilités

• Lead the operational management of a global ecosystem of Commercial, Marketing, GPPS and Ethics applications, ensuring services are delivered effectively and consistently meet business expectations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into sustainable technology solutions.
• Drive service excellence through governance, vendor management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee application releases, service transitions and roadmaps, proactively identifying risks and improving performance.
• Build relationships across business, IT and external partners to ensure alignment between delivery and business objectives.
