Dashlane is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join its Data & Analytics team in Paris. You will bridge deep technical modeling with business strategy, shaping how Dashlane measures success and using AI-ready data foundations to deliver actionable insights that impact the bottom line.

You will transform the analytics function into a proactive, strategic powerhouse, drive self-service adoption, and mentor peers while working in a hybrid Paris office. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Analytics Engineering role or equivalent.
• Expert in SQL and dbt with hands-on data modeling experience in production.
• Strong strategic business acumen for B2B SaaS; understands ARR, NRR, churn, and growth.
• Highly consultative stakeholder management; proactive end-to-end ownership.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with AI tooling and enabling self-service analytics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and own end-to-end data models within a unified data model.
• Deliver proactive data-driven insights to product, GTM, and business teams.
• Champion self-service analytics and upskill stakeholders.
• Pioneer AI data agents and automation for reporting and alerts.
• Mentor junior engineers and uplift team processes and technical standards.
