CHANEL Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) is seeking an IT Infrastructure PMO apprentice in Neuilly-sur-Seine. You will coordinate the GIS Project Managers team, drive weekly PMO sessions, and help qualify new projects with business partners, while monitoring KPIs and supporting budget and capacity planning.

The role offers exposure to real estate, digital/retail infrastructures, ERP/Finance/HR backbone processes, and data initiatives in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science or economics or equivalent.
• Fluent French/English written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the GIS Project Managers team and provide a comprehensive view of project activities.
• Plan and lead weekly PMO meetings with GIS Service Line Owners to share service updates.
• Assist in qualification of new projects with business partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor project portfolio KPIs and support capacity planning and budget tracking.
• Ensure onboarding and tooling for project managers and maintain project documentation.
