GEODIS in Île-de-France is seeking a Finance IT Project Manager to drive digital transformation across our global Freight Forwarding finance organization. You will lead projects at the intersection of finance, IT and business to improve processes, data reliability and decision-making.

You will manage governance, milestones and risks, coordinate a team of project officers and analysts, and collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders worldwide to translate business needs into effective system and

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Deep understanding of Finance Core Processes and Finance Systems ( AX, Basware, Qliksense).
• Experience with Cargowise system, both finance processes and system configuration is a plus.
• Strong financial analysis skills and accounting procedures.
• Experience in Project Management.

Responsabilités

• Lead Finance IT projects including MDM, EPM and ERP transformations.
• Governance, planning, milestones, reporting, risks and escalations.
• Coordinate a team of Project Officers and Analysts.
• Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders globally.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize Finance processes.
• Harmonize Finance Core Model processes across key systems.
• Oversee testing, validation and implementation.
• Support BI and reporting development.
• Ensure documentation and continuous improvement.
• Provide support to Finance key users.
