Introduction & Summary : As a Global IT Buyer, you will play a crucial role in managing an IT portfolio to provide end-to-end service support. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT domain, with a strong emphasis on procurement strategy, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation.

Main Responsibilities :

• Define, propose, and implement procurement strategies and action plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare negotiations by identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, developing RFx documents, and defining negotiation strategies
• Manage procurement contracts and follow up to ensure supplier compliance with agreements
• Deploy contracts and communicate details to all relevant stakeholders
• Organize and participate in supplier evaluations and define action plans for improvement
• Create contingency plans to handle service, delivery, or quality issues

Key Requirements :

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in procurement within the IT domain
• Experience with software and related resellers: on-premise and SaaS
• Knowledge of outsourcing: application support management, global helpdesk, cloud services management
• Experience with IaaS hosting contracts
• Ability to transform T&M contracts into competence skills center contracts or outsourcing agreements with defined work units and SLAs
• Ability to develop and deploy IT procurement strategies aligned with the IT roadmap
• Strong negotiation methodology and tactics aligned with strategic goals
• Experience in global contract management, including challenging SLAs and KPIs, supporting compliance, regulation, and cybersecurity
• Risk management skills
• Structured management of contract databases

Nice to Have :

• Experience implementing FinOps services with contractual obligations
• Knowledge of cybersecurity in IT contracts
• Contract management experience with key vendors such as SAP, MICROSOFT, AWS, GCP, CGI, CAPGEMINI, SALESFORCE, etc.
• Software asset management expertise
• Experience working in an industrial global company
