Your Responsibilities

As a growing global company, Alstef Group has defined an ambitious roadmap for its Information Systems across its entities in France and abroad. This roadmap includes the deployment of a CRM, a customer portal, an HR system, and collaborative tools to enhance customer project management and team collaboration. In 2025, the company will also launch its ERP project, developing a Core Model for global use.

To support this strategic digital transformation, our CIO is building a Projects Team and seeking a Global IS Project Manager with proven experience. Reporting directly to the Head of IS, you will join a dynamic and growing team of 14 experts , including Project Managers, IS Architects, Developers, and a Support Delivery Manager.

As a Global IS Project Manager, you will lead the identification and implementation of innovative solutions across Alstef Group entities. You will oversee projects from the proposal phase through to delivery and handover to the Support team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading requirements gathering workshops.
• Participating in the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW) and selecting tools and partners.
• Managing project delivery, ensuring alignment with cost, timeline, scope, and quality objectives.
• Delivering regular status updates to project sponsors and leadership teams.
• Driving change management initiatives during implementation and guarantee phases.
• Transitioning tools and solutions to long-term administrators.
  
  You will play a critical role in implementing Alstef Group’s strategic projects according to the defined schedule, delivering the quality and usability standards set at the project’s inception.

Your Profile

You have a strong ability to analyze needs and manage projects effectively. You are skilled at leading meetings and drafting comprehensive documentation, both in-person and remotely. Setting objectives for team members and monitoring their progress comes naturally to you, as does motivating and managing a team to achieve success.

Your personal qualities include excellent listening and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and a client-focused approach. You manage stress effectively and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

You bring at least 5 years of experience in project management, along with a solid educational background in Project Management or a related field. Professional fluency in English and French are essential for this role.
