Job Description:

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work with convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Dashboard Inventory Intern for 6 months from January to June 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

Your key missions:

Supports the creation and amendment of training material:

• You will assist in drafting/modifying “How tos”, ensuring consistency in format and content.
• You will draft scripts for e-learning ensuring clarity, consistency in format and content.

Administratively supports the organization and delivery of live training:

• You will send monthly emails to all new users with training material.
• You will prepare PowerPoint presentations.
• You will praise participants on Teams.
• Keep track of live training requests.

Assist the Product Cloud HQ Support team on Community Management of Microsoft Teams:

• You will prepare tables, charts, etc., applying technical skills and knowledge in formatting and presentations.
• Publish the Product Cloud monthly newsletter.
• Assist in updating files and documents.

Administratively support the organization and delivery of surveys:

• Prepare forms, tables, charts, etc., for Quality Assessment.

• You're enrolled in majors such as Business/Administration, Supply Chain, Digital, Project Management, Data Management, or similar.
• You have good data analytics skills (good command of Excel); knowledge of Power BI would be a plus.
• You speak fluent English.
• You're curious, attentive to details, courageous, and have good presentation skills.
• You're able to work across multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
