Job Description

The International Darphin Team is looking for an Intern to collaborate on driving marketing & business projects focused on accelerating the development of our skincare brand. In particular, the role will support the affiliates (outside China) through daily coordination, information cascading, campaigns & launches analysis, and ad-hoc requests in executing key strategic projects.

  • Markets:
  • Interaction with local Product Marketing Managers to leverage opportunities (including trade & promotions) and to support the execution of the Marketing & Business Strategy in affiliates.
  • Consolidate activation plans and create reports on key campaigns & launches across all affiliates.
  • Ensure the right delivery of assets, guidelines and toolkit following the Trade Marketing Plan
  • Conduct key deep dives / ad-hoc analytics to support specific insights, at request of Global team (distribution, pricing, product assortment).
  • Support development of commercial strategies with key European & Asian Distributors.
  • Online:
  • Run monthly Brand.com competitive benchmarking and report trends and best practices
  • Run b.com weekly site check to ensure a flawless customer journey and flag issues for correction.
  • Run monthly e-retailers & pure players site audit to ensure brand latest updates are reflected on boutique (assortment, assets).
  • Support Brand.com Global Online Lead in building & executing the B.COM animation plan and building the execution briefs & playbooks along with Go-to-Market team.
  • Support Brand.com Global Online Lead in North America (US and Canada) websites offers setup (Offer manager) in compliance with the NOAM animation calendar.
  • Support the Web Master in North America (US and Canada) websites product management (.net) and update (CMS) in compliance with the NOAM animation calendar.

Profile

Business school student (Bac+4/5 or equivalent), with a previous internship experience. English fluency required.
