CEVA Logistics, une entreprise globale de logistique, recherche un contrôleur interne pour contribuer au développement et à la gestion des contrôles internes à l'échelle mondiale. Le rôle impliquera des examens de contrôle, des améliorations de processus et nécessitera un haut degré de rigueur et d'autonomie. Ce poste exige une formation de niveau Master avec une expérience pertinente dans le domaine financier.

Qualifications

• 5 ans d'études supérieures, possibilité d'obtenir un diplôme comme DESCF, CIA ou DPAI.
• 3-4 ans d'expérience comme contrôleur interne ou dans un département de finance.
• Excellente maîtrise de l'Office, notamment d'Excel.

Responsabilités

• Participer aux examens de contrôle interne et aux audits.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus en France et à l'étranger.
• Assister à l'évaluation annuelle des contrôles clés.

YOUR ROLE

The Internal Control department of CEVA Logistics is looking for an Internal Controller whose role will be to contribute to the development and management of Internal Control on a global scale.In direct contact with the financial and operational management at Global head office, the entities and the regional internal controlling teams.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• Participating in general/limited internal control reviews, monitoring audits and assisting with the implementation of audit recommendations
• Contributing to the improvement of processes in France and abroad
• Participating in the annual self-assessment of key controls and assisting the various entities in implementing corrective actions to remedy the main shortcomings
• Participating in the drafting/updating of internal control policies and procedures
• Regularly raising staff awareness of internal control inssues
• Taking part in any other assignment requested by the Finance Department (specific review, securing post-fraud controls, thematic review)

A displacement rate of around 50% is to be expected

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• 5 years' higher education (Master's degree) from a business school, IEP or engineering school, with the possibility of obtaining a diploma such as DESCF, CIA or DPAI
• 3-4 year's experience in a firm or as an internal controller/auditor or in a finance department close to the field
• Very good command of the Office pack (particularly Excel), knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Skills required : rigour, autonomy, sense of ethics and professional conduct, flexibility/adaptability, good interpersonal skills, teaching skills, teaching skills, good command of accounting and financial techniques
• English essential
