Qualifications

Global Insight Manager (F/M)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insight Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving insights that inform strategic decision-making and optimize our customer-centric approach. This role demands a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can effectively communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING ?

Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Lead the collection and analysis of consumer data to understand needs, expectations, and behaviors.

  • Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, including surveys and focus groups.

  • Proactively use multiple sources of inspiration for identifying customer insights adapted to context (market research, social media, NPS verbatims, CES data & reports, visits to car/truck shows, ratings and reviews, etc.), and consolidate these data from various sources into synthesized insights.

Strategy Definition:

  • Implement strategies based on insights to optimize products, services, and customer relations.

  • Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing and communication efforts.

  • Generate and/or validate customer insights at the early stage of the Offer to Market (O2M) process.

Survey Organization:

  • Define and organize consumer studies and surveys that yield actionable insights for marketing and communication teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure survey methodologies align with business goals.

  • Collect stakeholders' needs (across functions and regions) and engineer them into accurate research questions.

Trend Monitoring:

  • Monitor shifts in consumer perceptions and brand image to inform ongoing marketing efforts and strategic initiatives.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Lead/conduct studies independently: consumer journey, brand tracking, U&A, segmentation, NPS, etc. Translate trends, attitudes, and behaviors into business implications and provide actionable insights.

Communication & Reporting:

  • Create insightful reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Develop executive summaries that highlight key insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Foster collaboration between departments to translate insights into practical applications.

  • Present insights to senior leadership and influence decision-making processes.

  • Lead regional research consolidation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute research plans.

Project Management:

  • Oversee research projects, including timeline management, vendor selection, and budget control.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the research process.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Advocate for best practices in data collection and analysis to enhance the insight generation process.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve insight capabilities.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL LIKELY HAVE…

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.

  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role with a strong emphasis on research methodologies and data analysis.

  • Proven expertise in market research and insight management.

  • Strong understanding of customer-centric approaches and digital analytics.

  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present insights succinctly.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Advanced proficiencyin English is required.
