Royal Canin, part of Mars, Incorporated, seeks a Global Innovation Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead regulatory affairs for renovation and compliance initiatives. You will partner with regional teams to anticipate regulatory requirements early in product design and ensure future-ready compliance across markets.

In this role, you will collaborate with R&D, Demand, and Commercial Prospection to differentiate Royal Canin products while defending compliance, and you will identify regulatory

Qualifications

• M.S. or equivalent in life sciences.
• 6+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years in Regulatory Affairs.
• Hands-on professional experience in product law.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Act as the regulatory lead for renovation and compliance projects.
• Partner closely with R&D, Demand, and Commercial Prospection teams to offer options to maximize opportunities to differentiate Royal Canin products while ensuring our ability to defend their compliance.
• Identify, assess, and articulate regulatory-driven risks and opportunities throughout the innovation lifecycle.
• Lead or contribute to the continuous improvement and total quality management initiatives of the team.
