Royal Canin in Aimargues near Montpellier seeks a Global Innovation Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead regulatory efforts in renovation and compliance projects. You will collaborate with R&D, Demand, and Commercial Prospection teams to maximize opportunities while defending compliance.

The role requires a strong background in life sciences, 6+ years in regulatory affairs with 3+ years in the field, and hands-on product law experience.

Qualifications

• MS or equivalent in life sciences.
• 6+ years of professional experience; minimum 3 years in Regulatory Affairs.
• Hands-on experience in product law.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Act as the regulatory lead for renovation and compliance projects, ensuring new or updated product concepts are designed with compliance at their core.
• Partner with R&D, Demand, and Commercial Prospection teams to differentiate Royal Canin products while ensuring compliance.
• Identify, assess, and articulate regulatory-driven risks and opportunities throughout the innovation lifecycle.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement and total quality management initiatives of the team.
