Spherical Search is partnering with a global pharmaceutical and healthcare organisation to appoint a Supply Chain Manager within its Injectables division. Reporting to the Site Director, you will own the site’s OTIF R&C performance and oversee planning, logistics, inventory and supply productivity.

You will lead the Supply Chain roadmap, drive process improvements, and collaborate across the site leadership team in a highly regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of industrial tools and systems.
• Strong leadership capability and customer orientation.
• Fluent English in a professional environment.
• Proficiency with IT tools and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, scheduling and logistics for the site.
• Oversee inventory, including RM, WIP and FG, and value depreciation.
• Drive supply chain productivity plans and roadmap deployment.
• Represent Industrial Supply Chain to customers and on COPIL.
• Develop and implement ERP and tools with process improvements.
• Ensure safety and compliance within HSE policy.
