CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global Compensation & Benefits apprentice to gain hands-on experience in human resources. In this role, you will collaborate with teams to analyze HR data, manage salary reviews, and create impactful reports. Ideal candidates will be students in HR or related fields with strong Excel skills and a desire to learn.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills necessary.
  • Good English level, written and spoken, for an international team.

Global Compensation & Benefits - Apprentice

Job Purpose

As a Global Compensation & Benefits apprentice, get hands-on experience in one of the most strategic areas of human resources.You will work side-by-side with our Global C&B Director, supporting key international programmes such as: annual salary reviews, bonus and incentive programmes, global salary surveys and benchmarking.

Key Accountabilities

  • Dive into real HR data to support salary reviews and incentive programs
  • Help manage global compensation surveys and analyze market data
  • Create and update dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners worldwide
  • Prepare presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in everything you do

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • A student in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, or similar
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Some experience or curiosity about Power BI or other data tools
  • A good level of English (written and spoken – international team!)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A curious mind, attention to detail, and a passion for learning
