Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a Working Student to join the HR Strategy & Innovation team in a PMO role. You will support global HR projects, including strategic workforce planning, budgeting, and documentation, gaining hands-on project-management experience in a multinational context.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive learning, and confidentiality, with flexible hybrid or on-site work at our Berlin-area HQ, and collaboration across cross-functional teams in English and German.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (see above)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential
• Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of analytical thinking
• Must handle confidential HR information with discretion
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) and comfortable with cross-cultural collaboration

Responsabilités

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of global HR projects
• Assist in developing and implementing project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets
• Prepare project documentation: reports, presentations, decision papers, meeting minutes
• Track decisions and action items with stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables on time and within scope
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
