An innovative technology company in Nouvelle-Aquitaine is seeking an HR Lead to oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. You will partner with leadership to define workforce planning and promote a culture of inclusion and engagement. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree, over 5 years of HR experience (preferably in SaaS), and strong knowledge of employment law. Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in French and English are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, ideally in a SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in scaling HR operations.

• Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage recruitment end-to-end, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Drive performance management processes including feedback and reviews.
