L’Oréal Groupe offers a 6-month HR internship starting January 2027 for Master’s students. You will explore Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Mobility while partnering with HR managers on a dedicated business unit or brand.

Fluent English and French, strong Excel, and a passion for data visualization are valued as you support data-driven HR decisions. This internship includes €1,700/month, 1 remote day per week, and 75% transport coverage.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program in business/HR/finance with focus on analytical methods.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset; comfort with numbers and Excel.
• Fluent in English and French with excellent communication.
• Enthusiasm for data visualization tools and HR analytics.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Mobility.

Responsabilités

• Discover the HR function across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Mobility with HR Managers.
• Support international recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives.
• Assist in designing and delivering development programs for employees.
• Support Mobility projects and expatriation tools development.
• Assist Employee Relations/HR Legal projects and HR Analytics initiatives.
• Contribute to HR strategy with data-driven insights.
