EIC (Experience Internship Canada) in Paris is seeking a Human Resources Assistant Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration within an international setting. You will work closely with teams in France and Canada, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

You will contribute to HR processes, employee support, and internal communications while developing culture initiatives in a dynamic Paris office environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying human resources, management, business, psychology, or a related field.
• Interest in recruitment, employee support, and HR management.
• Organized, rigorous, and comfortable with administrative follow-up.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
• Good level of English to collaborate with Canada teams.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment support: assist in job postings and candidate follow-up.
• Candidate management: review applications and schedule interviews.
• Interview coordination: organize exchanges between candidates and teams.
• Employee onboarding: assist onboarding and integration processes.
• HR administrative support: manage employee documentation and processes.
• HR tools management: update employee information in internal tools.
• Company culture development: contribute to engagement initiatives.
• Internal communication: help share information with employees.
• Event organization: assist in organizing HR-related events.
• Employee follow-up: monitor needs, feedback, and development.
• HR process analysis: identify improvement opportunities.
• International collaboration: work with France and Canada teams on HR projects.
