As the Human Resources Business Partner for the Extended Access Technologies (EAT) Business Area, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization. The HR Business Partner will support the Business Area leadership team and their organizations to define and execute HR strategies that enable the achievement of business objectives. The HRBP will proactively consult with leaders and recommend HR strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes while translating current and future business needs into an overall integrated strategic HR plan.

This crucial team member will serve as a consultant and advisor to Business Area & Unit leadership in the effective management of their workforce by delivering exceptional service and influence with regard to employee relations, coaching, performance management, and organizational development.
