Job summary

Voyage Privé, headquartered in Aix-en-Provence, is seeking a Global Buyer to manage and grow our hotel portfolio in the South Mediterranean. Based at our HQ, you will source exclusive campaigns with hotels, onboard partners, and drive strong revenue results for members.

You will be the main contact for hoteliers in your destination, traveling locally to meet partners and strengthen relationships while collaborating with Marketing, Content and Revenue teams.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent English required to manage hotel relationships.
• 3–5+ years in hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, OTA.
• Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers.
• Market knowledge and existing contacts in local hospitality industry.
• Data-driven, structured, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet partners as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow hotel portfolio, including boutique properties, resorts and luxury brands.
• Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to meet revenue targets.
• Be the face of Voyage Privé in your destination: onboard new partners and build lasting relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Revenue) to maximise campaign performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Travel regularly to your assigned destination to meet partners and strengthen relationships on the ground.
