DeepHealth, a RadNet company, is seeking a Legal Manager to provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, contract, IP, and compliance matters. The role spans France, the Netherlands, and the US, advising management and cross-functional teams on French and international law to support regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law (LLM or equivalent); CAPA or Bar admission required.
• 5+ years of experience as a legal manager, in-house counsel, or in a law firm in a relevant practice area.
• Experience with international contracts and cross-border legal matters.

Responsabilités

• Advise management on legal aspects related to corporate matters.
• Draft and validate necessary legal documents in collaboration with the company’s lawyers.
• Draft, negotiate, and validate international and national contracts and general terms and conditions.
• Advise Sales in negotiation and conclusion of sales contracts and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance of contracts with current legislation.
• Monitor and share knowledge on regulations (Product liability, AI Act, MDR).
