Une entreprise de santé internationale recherche un HEOR lead pour rejoindre l'équipe Evidence & Access. Le candidat idéal aura une formation avancée en épidémiologie ou en économie de la santé, ainsi qu'une expérience significative dans la direction d'études HEOR. Le rôle inclut la collaboration étroite avec des équipes médicales et l'exécution de stratégies HEOR globales pour optimiser l'accès aux produits de santé d'Air Liquide.
The HEOR lead is part of the Evidence & Access team within the World Business Line reporting to the RWE & Clinical operations Director. This role involves developing and executing HEOR studies and ensuring effective communication of results both internally and externally to support the access of Air Liquide Healthcare portfolio.
The HEOR lead will closely collaborate with the clinical operations team medical affairs and market access to streamline interactions and responsibilities (interfaces decision making ..) regarding global evidence generation.
Missions :
Develop and execute HEOR strategies
Proactively work and collaborate with related internal functions to develop value propositions and identify data / evidence requirements.
Support the creation development and execution of global HEOR strategies ensuring cross-functional strategic alignment of ongoing and planned HEOR activities with global Evidence & Access plans.
Co-develop with the Evidence Design Committee global evidence plan after an assessment of the design alternatives in terms of level of evidence feasibility planning and resources.
Execute HEOR studies in collaboration with the clinical operation team (systematic literature reviews & meta-analyses health economic models observational studies indirect comparisons )
Collaborate with the patient leads to developing patient-reported outcome measurement strategies and research.
Support affiliate teams preparation / adaptation and delivery of local evidence to support market access and tenders (data synthesis in value dossiers health economic model )
HEOR communication and dissemination
Responsible for efficient and timely development of key HEOR deliverables (e.g. value dossier health economic tools abstract poster oral communication publications).
Be a subject-matter expert on HEOR and provide evidence-based recommendations and strategic guidance to other functions as needed.
Stay abreast of the evolving external HEOR environment and continuously develop expertise : new skills innovative methodologies
Serve as an internal resource for continuous education and training regarding evidence generation
Maintain and develop relevant partnerships / relationships with key institutions research groups CROs KOLs and other HEOR thought-leaders to optimize the impact of HEOR research. Attend industry meetings.
Engage and lead collaborative initiatives with the Evidence & Access team to further develop a smart evidence.
Education
Advanced degree in epidemiology health economics biostatistics data science or equivalent discipline
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HEOR either in industry or as a consultant is required with the following experience :
Proven expertise in the analysis of data needs and / or data sources
End-to-end leadership of HEOR studies from concept to study completion and publication
Demonstrated experience in strategic evidence generation
Significant peer reviewed publication track record
Experience working with global teams and adapting HEOR strategies to different healthcare systems
Experience in evidence generation for services patient support programs telemonitoring or digital therapeutics is a plus
Experience working in multiple therapeutic areas (experience in respiratory diabetes is a plus)
Demonstrated network collaboration experience including with complex global matrix teams
Strong sense of urgency ownership and proactive attitude to deliver value to our brands
Growth mindset with a proactive approach to develop new skills or knowledge
