As a Presales Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial activities of our SaaS solutions for energy markets (Gas & Power), focusing on short-term trading and operations.

You will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating our solutions, and facilitating collaboration between sales, technical, and product teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Engage with prospects and customers, identifying their business challenges and aligning them with our solutions.
2. Lead product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and capabilities of our SaaS solutions for balancing / scheduling management, algo trading (Day-Ahead & Intraday), and balancing mechanisms in European energy markets.
3. Qualify new prospects' needs, ensuring they match our offerings and align with their operational goals.
4. Respond to tenders and RFPs, preparing tailored technical and business responses.
5. Collaborate with sales, business analysts, implementation teams, and developers to ensure a seamless transition from presales to deployment.
6. Support commercial offer preparation, tailoring solutions for new prospects and existing customers.
7. Provide feedback to product teams, contributing to the product roadmap by identifying new feature requirements.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Presales Consultant with strong expertise in energy markets (Gas & Power), particularly in short-term trading and operations. The ideal candidate will have:

1. Deep knowledge of European energy markets, including position management, operations, dispatching, and short-term trading.
2. Experience with SaaS solutions, ideally in the energy or trading sector.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Ability to collaborate across departments, ensuring technical and business aspects are accurately conveyed.
5. Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on aligning customer needs with the right solutions.
6. Fluency in English (French proficiency is highly desirable).

Location: Aalst (Belgium) or Paris (France) – Hybrid
