Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Data, incl. Data Governance & Data Management
• Proven track record deploying data governance at scale in international environments
• Experience in FMCG or complex multi-business organizations
• English proficiency mandatory; French recommended

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Data Governance Strategy across the organization
• Lead the Data Citizenship Program and foster data-driven culture
• Ensure data accessibility, discoverability, and useful data products
• Drive Data Quality Excellence with KPIs and monitoring
• Lead Master Data Management (MDM) and act as enterprise data steward
• Build and develop a high-performing governance team and drive cross-functional collaboration
