Job summary

ADP is hiring a Global Solution Designer who will act as the strategic design authority for our clients' HCM transformation journeys, spanning HR, Talent, Payroll and Time. You will lead end-to-end solution architecture, design governance, and partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver scalable, standardized solutions that balance global consistency with local compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR technology and transformation within global organizations.
• Strong knowledge across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, and Time solutions.
• Proven ability to define and govern global solution architectures.
• Experience leading cross-country stakeholder engagements.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable HCM designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Solution Design across HR, Talent, Payroll, and Time to deliver a cohesive, scalable solution.
• Establish design governance principles, standards, and decision frameworks for regions and domains.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders through workshops and strategic conversations.
• Drive cross-domain alignment with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and implementation teams.
• Support Sales and Solutioning efforts with market-ready, implementation-ready solutions.
• Govern design quality and compliance across the program lifecycle.
